Community Hall - Addition Rental Information

Additional Rental Information for Parkallen Community Hall

There is to be no pinning, nailing, taping, or tacking of items to the walls.  If items need to be attached to the walls, sticky tack putty should be used and removed afterwards.

The entrance thermostat is set at minimum unless the hall is in use.  You may adjust the entrance temperature to a maximum of 15°C during your event.

The main hall thermostat (located inside the main room) is a programmed thermostat.  You may adjust the room temperature according to your preference during your event.  To adjust the room temperature, use ONLY the arrow buttons labeled with an ٨ or ٧ arrow until the digital display reads the temperature you would like.  After your event you may either return the temperature to the original room temperature again using ONLY the arrow buttons labeled ٨ or ٧, or simply leave it and the thermostat will return itself to the default temperature at the preset time.  Please do not touch any other buttons on the thermostat – it will change the default temperatures and times.

Make sure you get your damage deposit back!

The Parkallen Community Hall must be left in clean condition.  If the hall is not cleaned properly, a cleaning fee will be assessed at the rate of $60.00 per hour or any portion thereof and will be deducted from the damage deposit.
